Hi, I'm Kristin! I help retired women get out of pain and overcome the physical, mental, and emotional challenges that we face.

Together, we will develop your mind-body connection, get your thoughts and emotions back under control, and learn easy-to-implement skills to reduce your chronic pain on your own.

 

We'll explore the causes of your symptoms, break your big goals down into manageable steps, and create the results you want in your life.

Our classes and support are open to anyone even though most of the group are retired women. You're very welcome to join in even if you're a little older, a little younger, or a different gender!

Hi, I’m Kristin. It's nice to meet you!

 

I had three neck injuries in five years.

First, I was hit by a car as a pedestrian after having lunch with a friend. I'm a musician and suddenly couldn't play flute, couldn't conduct my students, and couldn't even carry the groceries or laundry. It took me months to get (mostly) back on track, but I continued to struggle with chronic pain and not sleeping well.

A few years later, I was hit on the head with a basketball from across a gym, which re-injured my neck... the pain and frustration returned and everything felt difficult.

Last, I was the front car of a three car accident and - once again - had whiplash and chronic pain for months. I couldn't take an audition which I'd been preparing for, and it negatively impacted both my work and home life.

However, as frustrating as these accidents were, they set me on my new journey.

I learned how to get myself out of chronic pain and am now back to doing all of my activities.

What I learned on my journey helped every area of my life - not just my physical health, but also my mental health, my stress levels, my relationships, and my life choices. What I learned put me back in the driver's seat of my life.

I'm happier and enjoying my life at a higher level!

I went back to school to switch careers, opened my own business, and now help others get out of chronic pain.

I love working with my clients! I hold the vision for them when they are frustrated and down, and celebrate their successes with them along the way.

I am an educator with a masters degree, an expert-level myofascial release therapist, and a certified life coach.
